What Is Happening

Power maintenance work is being carried out on campus.

Maintenance Details

Delta, the local power network provider is carrying out maintenance on a transformer located on campus. To do this supply to the campus will be turned off. As there is generator backup in place, the Machine Room will fail over to generator during this time.

Earthlight will be onsite as work gets underway in case any issues develop. We will issue an update as work proceeds.

Updates

Friday 4 October  As a result of weather events which are still ongoing, weekend work might not proceed. We'll keep you informed via this page. Meantime the centre has not been afftected during the weather event.

Friday 4 October 1500 Update. Work is set to proceed on Saturday morning. Note shift in start time.

Saturday 5 October 0730  Maintenance work is not proceeding. The environment is too wet for work of this type to be safely carried out. We will advise once a fresh plan is prepared. Good anyway to walk through the preparation processes.
