Service Events 2:00pm - 3:00pm 22 July 2026

It appears two network events happened. Oddly, they seem to have happened at the same time.

The first network event which impacted some clients was less than 3 minutes in duration. Affected locations automatically recovered and returned online. We have not seen any maintenance, fault or outage reports which link to this. It appears to have been a brief incident. Some services on client equipment hosted at IDC (Invermay Data Centre) were also impacted by this network event. This aspect makes it different from other events.

The second network event occurred at the same time. This appears to have been a repeat of an earlier network event that was noted on 25 March. Details of that event are here.

Affected sites were visited to restore services. While doing so, additional information was obtained. We have put this together with details from other events to share with upstream providers.
