Special Maintenance Underway 

We are carrying out some work on servers here at Earthlight. Normally we would tell you a bit about it, what we're doing, why and the benefits. This time we are not. The reason is the nature of the work. It is the kind of work bad actors can draw upon to try to con you.

So we're saying nothing, other than we're doing... "stuff".

You can get details about what we are doing - by phoning us. This way you'll get a real human, and the communication is pretty private. We may reach out to some people as the work proceeds as it may affect them directly due to timing. 

Yes it's a bit secret squirrel but the best way to go in this case.
